The theme of the 2018 Senior Leadership Conference was transformation, not an easy task in a multinational corporation. To subtly reinforce the idea, we designed a set that changed its look from day one – natural wood farmhouse – to day two – clean concrete, graphic and product heavy nightclub – to day three – minimalist skeletal steel truss.
