Designers working in cubicles under fluorescent lights and water-stained ceiling tiles? Never! We carved a collaborative, dramatically lit refuge for creatives out of an anonymous office space. I designed the new environment from carpet and casework to furniture and LED lighting. I also created all the construction documents. Demolition, construction, carpet, desks, guest chairs, shelving and lighting all achieved for $70/square foot in this 2100 square foot space.
